Indexation of rent
The rent will be adjusted annually on the 1st of July based on government regulations. HS Estate follows the legal guidelines for rent increases, which are communicated to tenants in advance. You will receive written notification at least two months before any adjustment takes effect.

Rent Payment at HS-Estate
At HS-Estate, rent must be paid monthly in advance, as stated in the rental agreement. You can choose from several payment methods.
Payment Methods
Direct Debit (Recommended)
The easiest way to pay your rent is via direct debit. This ensures that you never forget a payment and saves you time. Your rent will be automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of each month.

Your rent is always paid on time.
The correct amount is deducted automatically.
You can request a refund or cancel the direct debit at any time.

Standing Order
You can instruct your bank to transfer a fixed amount each month. However, please ensure you update the amount if the rent changes.
Online Banking
You can also manually transfer the rent via online banking. Make sure the payment is received before the 1st of the month.

Please transfer your rent to the following account:

Always include your address or rental agreement number as a reference.
Late Rent Payments
If your rent is not paid on time, you will receive a payment reminder. If the overdue amount remains unpaid:
You will receive a formal reminder.
A final notice will be sent, requiring payment within 5 days.
The debt will be transferred to a debt collector, and additional collection fees will apply.
HS-Estate may request contract termination through legal action, which could result in eviction.
